About

Services Provided
I provide counseling for individuals, families, and couples. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am trained in general mental health counseling in addition to systems-theory, involving the social context of family, work, school, and friends. If you’d like to develop healthy ways to cope with stress, interact with others, or re-train your thought processes to have more self-control, I am happy to help!
My theoretical orientation mainly combines Rogerian (client strength-centered), Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-focused, Bowenian, and Emotionally-Focused techniques.

Experience
I’ve treated children, teens, and adults affected by stressful adjustments, grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, ADHD, poor self-esteem, family conflicts, and more.
Prior to opening my private practice here in FL, I worked in California at Community Access Network, providing counseling in-office as well as TBS coaching (therapeutic behavioral services) on-site (home/school). Prior to that, I completed my practicum at Frances Smith Center for Individual and Family Therapy. In addition, I worked as direct care staff at South Coast Children’s Society, a residential treatment center for disadvantaged youth.
