Solution-Focused Therapy:  is a collaborative, strengths-based approach that incorporates positive psychology principles and practices. It helps clients change by constructing solutions rather than dwelling on problems. It allows for formulating, motivating, achieving, and sustaining desired behavioral change.

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy): Focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; Explores belief systems; Addresses negative patterns and how to challenge unwanted and unhelpful habits to develop new ones that are healthy and positive. Mindfulness and grounding techniques are taught for relaxation.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing): Uses a body-based technique called bilateral stimulation (BLS) to decrease distress associated with traumatic memories. The client is guided in tapping exercises while thinking of triggers. The client does not need to discuss the content of their thoughts/memories.
